    Adherencia al Tratamiento en Pacientes con Artritis Reumatoide en el Hospital Universitario Departamental de Nariño en el Año 2020 al 2023

    La presente investigación corresponde al nombre de Adherencia al Tratamiento en pacientes con Artritis Reumatoide en el Hospital Universitario Departamental de Nariño en el año 2020 al 2023 la cual fue llevada a cabo con el objetivo de poder cuantificar y desarrollar el seguimiento del factor de adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico en los pacientes que sufren de la enfermedad de artritis reumatoide. Frente a la información recolectada y al vacío del conocimiento presente en nuestro país y sobretodo en el departamento de Nariño sobre el tema, se planteó el desarrollo de los siguientes objetivos: Medir y describir las características clínicas y farmacológicas de los pacientes diagnosticados con Artritis reumatoide que hacen su tratamiento y seguimiento en el Hospital Departamental de Nariño entre los años 2020 a 2023, estimar la relación entre las características clínicas y farmacológicas y la adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes con artritis reumatoide, Medir el nivel de adherencia a los medicamentos en pacientes con Artritis Reumatoide, Caracterizar socio demográficamente a los pacientes estudiados con AR; Objetivos los cuales se desarrollaron en base a el estudio de historias clínicas y llamadas telefónicas en entrevista directa para confirmar estado clínico actual y hacer la aplicación del Test de Morisky Green herramienta utilizada para la evaluación del factor adherencia farmacológico. Adicionalmente se estructuro la entrevista de tal manera que se extrajeran datos relevantes para poder determinar globalizada mente aspectos sociodemográficos relacionados con la adherencia y que fueron de gran utilidad para los resultados finales. El estudio se basa en un paradigma positivista el cual posee un enfoque cuantitativo del obtuvimos de manera satisfactoria una muestra de 191 pacientes los cuales cumplieron de manera óptima nuestros criterios de inclusión estipulados Abstract The present investigation corresponds to the name of adherence to treatment in patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis at the Hospital Universitario Departamental de Nariño in the year 2020 to 2023, which was carried out with the objective of being able to quantify and develop the follow- up of the adherence factor to pharmacological treatment in patients suffering from rheumatoid arthritis disease. Bases on the collected information and the lack of knowledge present in our country and especially in the department of Nariño on the subject the following objectives were proposed; Measure and describe the clinical and pharmacological characteristics of patients diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis who undergo their treatment and follow- up at the Hospital Universitario Departamental de Nariño between the years 2020 to 2023, estimate the relationship between clinical and pharmacological characteristics and adherence to treatment in patients with rheumatoid arthritis, Measure the level of adherence to medications in patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis, Socio- demographically characterize the patients with RA; Objectives which were developed based on the study of medical records and telephone calls in a direct interview to confirm the current clinical status and to apply the Morisky Green Test, a tool used to evaluate the pharmacological adherence factor. Additionally, the interview was structured in such a way that relevant data were extracted to be able to globally determine sociodemographic aspects related to adherence and that were very useful for the final results. The study is base don a positivist paradigm which has a quantitative approach from which we successfully obtained a simple of 191 patients who optimally fulfilled our stipulated inclusion criteria.

    Medicina integrativa como coadyuvante en el tratamiento convencional de diabetes en el centro médico shen-qi del municipio de pasto 2023.

    El presente proyecto de investigación se orientó a determinar como la medicina integrativa aporta como adyuvante para pacientes diabéticos con un tratamiento convencional establecido en el centro médico SHEN QI. El aporte de este proyecto, está destinado a fomentar futuras investigaciones, las cuales promueven socialmente un óptimo conocimiento relativo a la terapéutica complementaria. El proyecto posee una importante viabilidad, puesto que la metodología se orientó a un carácter práctico, por medio de revisión de historias clínicas en el centro médico SHEN QI, lo que ligado a la evidencia teórica demostró su gran posibilidad de aplicación. Objetivo: Determinar cómo la medicina integrativa aporta como adyuvante para pacientes diabéticos con un tratamiento convencional establecido en el centro médico SHEN QI. Diseño: Investigación de tipo descriptivo con una metodología de estudio cuantitativa.
