    Este artículo se centra en el análisis del componente cuentas por cobrar – Cartera - en cuanto al cálculo de la provisión y deterioro e impacto en los Estados Financieros, se aborda el caso concreto de la Subred Integrada de Servicios de Salud Sur Empresa Social del Estado en la ciudad de Bogotá – Colombia y las implicaciones contables tras el cambio de normatividad acaecido en el año 2014 que pueden tener una incidencia significativa en el Estado de Resultado Integral y la representación fiel de los hechos económicos de la entidad. Abstract: This article focuses on the analysis of the accounts receivable component - Portfolio - in terms of the calculation of the provision and impairment and impact on the Financial Statements, the specific case of the Integrated Sub-Sector of Health Services of the State's Social Enterprise in the State is addressed. the city of Bogotá - Colombia and the accounting implications after the change of regulations that occurred in 2014 that may have a significant impact on the State of Comprehensive Income and the faithful representation of the economic events of the entity.
